Advantage Bank was one of the sponsors of the City of Spencer's Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Friday, March 29th in the area of McCoy Walk Trail behind Spencer City Hall. There were activities and prizes for all Spencer children who attended. Fortunately, the predicted rain held off to favor the event with perfect weather.

Spencer City Councilman Carolyn Harris has, for the past 4 years, organized the annual Spencer Easter Egg Hunt, which also included free snow cones for all and a free bounce castle. All the candy, eggs, prizes and services were donated by local vendors, businesses and individuals for the benefit of the entire Spencer community.

New Spencer Postmaster Barbara Price with a sign and poster, provided by Advantage Bank, commemorating her arrival and the 110th Anniversary of the establishment February 25, 1903 of the Spencer Post Office.

Members of the Spencer Historical Society and Spencer Post Office patrons celebrated both 110th Birthday of the Spencer Post Office and a Welcome to the newest Postmaster, Barbara Price, on February 25th in the Post Office lobby. Refreshments were provided by the Society, and photo albums from the Spencer Museum of the city's historic past were on display for browsing, with members on hand to answer questions.

Winners of the Winter 2013 BUG Awards accepted bicycles from community sponsors Advantage Bank and Memory Stones LLC on January 16th at Spencer Elementary School. The program is a project of the Midwest City Kiwanis Club working with community partners in the Spencer Chamber of Commerce.
