Officers

Randy, President and Chairman of the Board of Advantage Bank, along with his wife Donna, are the third generation of family ownership of Advantage Bank since its founding date in 1914.  He began his banking career in 1974 at Advantage Bank (previously known as Spencer State Bank).  He graduated from Del City High School in 1972 and then continued his studies at the University of Central Oklahoma, graduating with a BBA in finance in 1977.

Danita began her banking career in 1983. She holds an Associates Degree in Business, a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, a Master's Degree in Management, and is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City class XVII. In 1997, Danita began traveling throughout the state as a bank consultant specializing in Management Training, Strategic Planning and Human Resources Compliance until joining Advantage Bank in 2004. She currently resides with her husband in Oklahoma City.

Bob began his banking career in 1961 and has worked in all areas of the banking industry. His true expertise is in commercial lending and is also the area in which he has concentrated most of his time. Bob came out of retirement in 2001 to work for a local bank consulting company prior to joining the Advantage Bank team in 2004.  Bob currently serves as Senior Vice President. He and his wife reside close to Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City.

Wade began his banking career in 1986. He joined Advantage Bank in 1999 and currently serves as President of the Midwest City Location.  He is a resident of Midwest City.

Diane has been in banking for over 25 years.  Diane began working at Advantage Bank in 1983 and is a lifetime resident of Eastern Oklahoma County.

Sharon joined Advantage Bank in January of 2004 and was promoted to the Senior New Accounts Representative where she quickly became an expert in all of our deposit products. Her quality customer service skills continue to make her a favorite among our clients. In 2009 Sharon became an Officer of the Bank and in 2010 was promoted to Vice President. She is a long-time resident of Midwest City.

Kim began her banking career with Advantage Bank in 2002. During this time Kim became proficient in many banking areas, but eventually specialized in bank operations and compliance. Kim served as the Harrah Asst Branch Manager until she was promoted to our full time Compliance Officer and now has her office at Spencer. Kim is a long-time Midwest City resident.

Chris joined Advantage Bank in October of 2005. He has served the bank in many departments from a teller to a Multi-Departmental Asst. and went on to specialize in the Loan Department. In 2009 Chris was promoted to Officer of the Bank and currently serves the Spencer Branch as a Loan Officer. He is a long-time resident of Harrah.

Geana Heath joined Advantage Bank in 2004, after over a decade of banking experience going back to 1991 at Park State Bank and Local Federal.. Her experience as a Multi-Departmental Assistant including working as a teller, in New Accounts and Bookkeeping, prepared her to be the Accounting Department Manager. She was named Accounting Operations Officer at the January 2013 board meeting. Geana is a long-time resident of Harrah.

Tammy Goodwin began her banking career in 2002, joining Advantage Bank’s teller staff in May of 2006. She soon earned the position of Sr. New Accounts Representative. She later became the Executive Associate Bank Manager, supervising both the new accounts and teller operations.  At the January 2013 board meeting, Tammy was elected Loan Operations Officer. Tammy currently resides with her husband in Midwest City.
