Lost or Stolen Debit Cards
During Bank Hours
Please contact us immediately at 405-419-1000 (ask for Customer Service) if you suspect your Advantage Bank debit card has been lost or stolen. We can go over your transactions with you to be sure there have been no fraudulent transactions on your account.
Call 1-800-472-3272 to report your card as lost or stolen. Your card will be blocked. A new card is NOT automatically ordered. Be sure to ALSO call Advantage Bank at 405-419-1000 during our regular business hours, 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, to report your card as lost or stolen, so that our Customer Service representatives can order a new card for you, help you check for fraudulent transactions, and assist you with the additional actions necessary.
There is a $7 charge for a replacement debit card.
