Randy, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Advantage Bank, along with his wife Donna, are the third generation of family ownership of Advantage Bank since its founding date in 1914. He began his banking career in 1974 at Advantage Bank (previously known as Spencer State Bank). He graduated from Del City High School in 1972 and then continued his studies at the University of Central Oklahoma, graduating with a BBA in finance in 1977.  Randy serves on the Board of Directors of the Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma, is a member and Past President of the Board of Directors of Red Rock Behavioral Health Services, is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Rose State College Foundation, is a member and Past President of the Midwest City Rotary Club and has been very active in the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce, having recently serving for 2 years as the President of the Chamber.
Donna R Smith
Donna has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1973. Donna’s grandfather, E. S. Poole, was an organizer of the Bank in 1914, and the Bank has remained family-owned throughout its entire history. Donna attended Grade School, Jr. High School and High School in Spencer, graduating from Star Spencer High School in 1971. She later graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with an art education degree. Donna has been a member of the OKC Sweet Adelines since 1983. She and her husband Randy have been married since 1974. They have two sons, Ryan and Tyler. Tyler is the parent of their three precious grandchildren: Mallory, Jennings and Harper.
Randy Coy Randy L. Coy
Randy has served on the Board of Directors for Advantage Bank since January 1999. Mr. Coy is President and Owner of Ranken Energy Corporation located in Edmond, Oklahoma. Founded by Mr. Coy in 1986, the company engages in the acquisition, exploration and development of crude oil and natural gas in the United States. Prior to the formation of Ranken Energy Corporation, Mr. Coy was the Mid-Continent Exploration Manager for BHP Petroleum, Inc., an Australian company. Mr. Coy began his career with Exxon Co., U.S.A. in 1977 as an exploration geologist and geophysicist. He attended Ohio State University and graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelors degree in Geology. Mr. Coy has been married to Deborah for over 37 years and they have two children, a son Bryan and a daughter Amanda.
Danita Hayes Danita Ann Rose
President & CFO, Cashier
Danita began her banking career in 1983. She holds an Associates Degree in Business, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, a Master’s Degree in Management, and is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City class XVII. In 1997, Danita became the President of Strategic Advantage, where she traveled throughout the state as a bank consultant specializing in Management Training, Strategic Planning and Human Resources Compliance. In that capacity, she also served as a consultant for Advantage Bank from 1998 until joining the staff in 2004. She is a graduate of Leadership Midwest City and the Tinker AFB COMMSTAR program, is active with the Del City and Oklahoma City Chambers of Commerce and serves on the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, where she is the 2017 Chamber president. She also serves as an adjunct professor with Southern Nazarene University. She currently resides in Midwest City.

Wade A. Moore
Executive Vice President
Wade began his banking career in 1986 when just starting high school. He joined Advantage Bank in 1999. Wade attended Choctaw High School and Rose State College and is a lifelong resident of Eastern Oklahoma County. He is active in the Nicoma Park Kiwanis Club as well as BNI Business Boomers networking group, and he serves on the Board of Directors for the Eastern Oklahoma County Partnership, as well as for the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce, where he also served as President for 2015 and 2016. He and his wife Jennifer live in Midwest City with their two children.
